Who has actually had major problems with Ultra-D and Corsair Value Select?

So I've read some reports of Corsair Value PC3200 ram flaking out on the DFI NF4 Ultra-D boards. Who has had that problem, and how did you fix it? I'd just like to know in case I wind up having similar problems. I'm ordering a pre-built combo from Monarch, but I didn't include ram in the order since I couldn't actually order Value Select with an AMD combo (and since the combos include both Farcry AND Half-Life, I couldn't resist).

From what I heard the newest BIOS fixes most the issues ppl was having with this memory.
