95% to wife.
My brother gets 5% to conduct a private investigation into my murder. (make sure my wife didnt off me)

But what if they were both in on it? Better split it 90% to wife, 5% to brother to investigate wife, and 5% to an as yet to be determined 3rd party to investigate brother.
