Who else think Wes Craven: They - SUCKED?

After sitting through the movie with gf, a horror buff, and have collectively determined that the movie sux big hairy donkey nutz, I'd like to get vindicated on the $4.00 that I paid blockbuster for it. The whole freaking movie, I wanted to slap that byeatch, damn she screams a lot, and it's freaking annoying. And don't even get me started on the ending.

Well since I never sucked big hairy monkey balls, I can't fully share your feelings. However I think most things that came out of Wes Craven in the 21st century do suck.

Of course it is, but the title of Craven's movie is similar, and They Live is being re-released on DVD tomorrow.

To be painfully obvious, I'm implying that Craven's movie would be improved with more cowbell --err, by adding "Rowdy" Roddy Piper and/or just substituting prints from Carpenter's movie.

No, I wish it was... this one movie has this psychotic byeatch that screams the whole movie, and ended up dead any way... The phreaking plot sux. Something about creatures that live in the dark afraid of lights (tooth fairy?), so they put the lights out and then attack/eat you. It's kinda funny how they forgot to turn some of the lights off in parts of the movie.

In Buckaroo Banzai they inhaled a gas to see the true form of the evil Lectroids from Planet Ten, except Buckaroo who had the formula zapped directly into his brain. Love that movie
