Of course its the holiday season and I'm buying gifts slightly late but what I'd think was enough time - 12/9/2008 - well I take it upon myself to send directly to my sister
4 days later (12/13) on Saturday I get an email from buy.com saying - "hey, we can't send to some thing other than the billing address or you need to add it on the Credit Card billing"
I reply requesting to send it to the billing address listed, 3 days (12/16) later I still haven't gotten a reply back so I'm thinking I'll be smooth - just cancel my order and order again
well the site just errors out when I try to cancel the order but it did allow me to cancel the 2 items in my order
I send another email to follow up on this after I find out the items aren't even in stock any more and would cost me a pretty penny more if I was to continue from another vendor at the buy.com partners
well its now the 18th and I still haven't gotten a reply back from my original email on the 13th, nor my 2nd email on the 16th and of course not the one from yesterday again asking whats the deal and going on

I am looking to find out if someone found a better way to contact these people - unresponsive emails isn't making me happy and if I don't have an answer soon....i'm kinda inclined to drive to south Orange County and say hi at their office
this is sorta putting a major damper on making sure my mom and sister get their stuffs and if I'm gonna get a refund if buy.com isn't gonna send it
