LOL...your panties in a bunch over this? Who said she drove? Mentioning a DUI was just to point out that "having some wine with dinner" can mean a lot of things, among them not being sober. And whether it is 100% required or not, she was there in her robes as a Supreme Court Justice at some level of intoxication which is unbecoming of her post:colbert:

I don't really care all that much, if anything a little jealous that I can't get away with it myself, there's a lot of meetings I go to that having a drink beforehand would help with:\
