Who doesn't wear jewelry of any kind (watches, rings, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, etc.)?

Nothing, ever. I don't even wear clothes with logos. I do have a jacket covered in punk patches though, but I don't hardly wear it, even to shows.

And occasionally a watch, but I hardly consider that jewelry, as it serves a useful purpose (date/time/timer) and isn't solely being used for the "bling" factor. 😛
 
Generally just wear a ring. I only wear earrings once every few months, and I almost never wear necklaces. I don't think I even own a bracelet.
 
I used to wear earrings but my holes have closed. I used to wear a wedding ring but am now divorced. I used to wear a watch but now use my phone. I used to wear necklaces but stopped for absolutely no reason.

So no, I don't currently wear any jewelery.

I don't even have a watch. It just bugs me when something is on my body(except cloth).
I don't even put on a condom. It just feels wrong(and, no. I'm not proud of it)
