Who does Dell use for shipping?

I ordered a new Dell Laptop last week. My order shipped on Friday, but the site reports it's still in transit to the shipper. What company does Dell use to ship laptops? I'd like to see where my new notebook is at

Unless you specified otherwise, Dell probably shipped it UPS ground.

Regardless of how they shipped it, other than USPS, there should be some way of tracking it.

They use UPS. I ordered mine second day, and they (Dell) shipped it to the billing address instead of the shipping address. After a few days of chasing it around, I ultimately ended up driving to the UPS location and picking it up.

They ship "Recipient's Signature Required" ....so make sure you're gonna be around to sign for it.

Ok. Thanks for the input. Hmmm. I wonder why there is no updated tracking info on the Dell site.... I've already ordered stuff and had it in hand two days before the vendor even put the tracking update on their site. Anyway, I should have it this week.

i order from dell a lot they have weird system

UPS Ground

Fedex overnight

Airborne 2 day for returns

GOD for big servers

This other one that starts with a C, calliways / conway or something

Its weird, that sometimes if u dont log in with ur customer number, even if u have ur order # it won't show u ur tracking, if u call them and wait on the phone for like 10 min to get a csr, u can get the tracking # i had a lot of wrong address delivery with them...

It doesn't matter anymore. I got my new lappy and it is too cool. A lot better than the POS PII350 desktop it will replace. Now just to figure out Windows XP and get it set up the way I need it. Dell's site still has no tracking update and I've had it 18 hours now!
