Fairly close to in order. Stalin worse than Hitler, Lincoln worse than Stalin, and Lincoln and George Washington worse than Bismarck (mainly because I'm an American libertarian rather than a German libertarian, so Bismarck had little effect on me). Washington is fifth because he didn't have as many people killed as the first four. Hitler and Stalin killed more people than Lincoln but Lincoln is the Federal Phoenix, while Stalin and Hitler are rejected by the people of their countries today.

Studies have shown that more people die due to errors made by healthcare providers than due to lack of healthcare.

In both cases the numbers are rather small. In the thousands, not the millions.

That's not fair because "interstate" highways are just wide highways. Without his huge interstate highways, there would still be single lane highways and people would still die.

I've always wondered why the accident rate on 2+ plane highways is so high. IMO, they're a lot safer because I'm not in a mad rush to get around some slow lovely human in a Prius and get back into my lane before having a head on collision. Single lane highways = Auschwitz of driving.
