Ignoring software, I'm going to give it to HTC, Apple and Sony.

My problem is almost every phone I've owned has been by Samsung other than my last two LG made Nexus phones. So I'm basing my opinion off what I've seen online, reviews, and such. But I'm a little envious that Nokia only makes Windows phones, so I gave them my vote.

I was tempted to use my vote on Samsung as well. Because while I don't think they are good looking or the most sturdy feeling phones at times. I do like that Samsung has still stuck to using removable batteries and micro SD slots. To me, this is not the must have feature it used to be, but it's still pretty nice thing to have. And that Note 3 does look pretty nice too, so happy Samsung went with something other than glass plastic for the back.

Samsung will never have my vote. Every time I swipe up a samsung phone I get dizzy just looking at the home screen. Sure I can do a gazillion of things but I wouldn't know where to start.

You leave the homescreen exactly as it was configured in the factory on all your phones?

I voted for Samsung, but Nokia would win if they had an Android flagship.
