who do I contact to request a status change to a costume one?

I've seen some people had their own costume, I was wondering if it possible to get one, or only elite members are allowed to choose etc.

Titles are in the most case standard.

A few people (at the discretions of the Moderators) are assigned custom titles based on the actions over the years here at Anandtech.
 
I have my own costume, but I'm pretty sure you haven't seen it. It's a little French maid outfit that... oh! TMI?
