I've been an ordained minister through universal life Church for years, yesterday a family member called and wants me to marry them.

I'm pretty sure that's illegal in all 50 states, no matter which religion, but I believe that there are some southern states that allow you to marry your second or third cousin. Maybe even as young as 16. Check your local laws and state boundaries.
