Who do I check a burned MP3 CD for a TOC error?

It won't play in my car, giving me a TOC error.
That stands for table of contence error, right?
Well, I think maybe my car player is FUBAR, so is there a way to check the TOC on the PC, and then if it is OK, I will conclude the car palyer is FUBAR.
