Who do i call to complain about a NASTY resturant?

We went to MCD's for lunch earlier today and the place was INFESTED with flys... Im serious, i had 3 of them fly into my drink before i even sat down. After sitting there for 2 minutes and having to swat the flys more often than take bites, we got up and left...

Should i call the manager or the local health inspector??

Call both. If you want to get them written up, call up the health inspector. Then complain to the manager.
