Who can shake the pictues on their walls with their sound system?

500 watt sub,
200 watts each main speaker
neighbors have complained that i've knocked their dishes off shelves

My Klipsch Promedia 4.1's could do it... I once had a speaker power standoff with my neighbor... I blew him away with crisp notes and deep while precise bass at full knob.

The walls in this house are poured, reinforced concrete so I think the sound system that could shake them would have to be very powerful indeed.

*slowly raises hand* Not my computer speakers, but my system in my basement. Two tall kenwood speakers hooked up to a 20 year old hitachi receiver!

I wonder if I can do it with my Z680, Z560 and ADA885 on at the same time in my basement playing the same song at the same time 😛

Not a chance. My family room is carpet over concrete slab.

That said, I have a pretty stout HT setup. Klipsch RF3 mains/center/rears, KSW10 (10") subwoofer, Harmon Kardon ARV500 receiver, Sony DVD player and a 50" Mistubishi RPTV. Whole setup cost me over $3000 total. It sounds pretty sweet and the speakers can easily handle the power of the receiver. I can go full volume with NO distortion - it's REALLY REALLY loud though.
