Who can i file complaint with about a company?

Staples keeps giving me the standard: 15 days till you get your rebate, i'll have them send it out now....

Well its been nearly 5-6 months...

I just filed a complaint with the State Attorney General, any other options?

I've gotten about 95% of mine back. The 5% are ones I don't remember if I ever got back at all... I'm simply unsure.

Almost 9-10 calls and nearly 7 months after i submitted the rebate, i called just a few minutes ago, asked for a manager, and gave him absolute hell.

He apoligized, said rather than making me wait for the rebate, he would just refund the amount right back onto my card.

Honestly though, i dont think i'll ever shop there again.

i have a question, i sent one into trend micro and they sent me a thing back saying i didn't get it cause the UPC wasn't in my envolope and to send the missing info to them before june 3rd

but i know for a damn fact that the UPC was in there, so what do i do now?

could i call them and explain and tell them i can send the whole damn box if need be

how about the local news, our here in california has a segiment called the Turko files, they do a great job exposeing things like this.
