Who Can Help Me at MSFT with a Live Account Issue -- Other Than Live Support?

I changed the email address associated with my Microsoft Live account in May. Recently, I discovered I cannot log-in with the new or old. I contacted Live Support on September 27, and after 11 responses, I am still waiting for someone there to do something constructive. Twice, I have asked that my issue be escalated, but they ignored my requests.

Anyone know where else in MSFT I can go?

Thanks for the tip, but I already tried these two pages. Live will not let me reset the password; instead, it responds that the email address is incorrect (both of them). One of the Live rep's wrote that the new email is valid but did not offer any new hints to make it accessible.

I tried logging in with a 2nd computer and the results were identical.
