I changed the email address associated with my Microsoft Live account in May. Recently, I discovered I cannot log-in with the new or old. I contacted Live Support on September 27, and after 11 responses, I am still waiting for someone there to do something constructive. Twice, I have asked that my issue be escalated, but they ignored my requests.
Anyone know where else in MSFT I can go?
