good or bad OCer? me clueless on stepping reading...

Stepping is the AQUCA part. It's a week 8 though... mine is 11 and it needs 1.75 to be stable at 3200+ not like others who can do it on def voltage.

Made around end of Feb or beginning of March... if you check the CPU Database at overclockers.com... lots of weeks 7s getting high overclocks... its all scattered around though... i'm sure yours will do fine unless you get one of those duds.
