Boston Market
National quick-casual chicken
Once Boston Chicken, now a wholly owned subsidiary of McDonald's (NYSE: MCD), which also owns Chipotle (fast-casual Mexican) and Donatos Pizza.

I didn't know that BK was privately held. Here I thought that pretty much all of the giant companies went public.
