Who are these people that scrawl/write stuff in public bathrooms?

While using a grocery store restroom this evening I glanced over and wondered, who the hell writes this stuff? I've never, ever had the urge start writing stuff or CARVING something into a wall while dropping a deuce.

In the aforementioned stall some guy put the following (in italics) after the original...

"Have a nice sh!ttake mushroom."


...not so good. But, I suppose it's better than the random "fvck" carved in all over.
