From what I hear some of the AIDS charities are the worst due to the cost of putting on benefits that cost so much because the decorating committee's are judged by all the gay guys who come. And well gay guys know how to be decadant (sp) I wish I could find that magazine that chronicled a AIDS benefit breaking out into a drunken orgy. I guess they wanted to spead the AIDS message the old fashined way. :)

I need my asbestos underwear now!

There are numerous Nigerian organizations operating mostly on eBay and guess what, 100% of the profit goes to help the needy, which would be themselves.

I agree w/you since the Regional Directors are being paid $400k+ per year! WTF?! :Q

But according to this link, the American Red Cross is a 4star charity.

Not only that, but they also completely disregarded the original intents of donations, i.e. using money donated specifically for Katrina in Dafur, etc. When I heard that I lost all respect for them whatsoever.

It would have been faster to click one page further then to ask here.

These 10 charities are not only tops in terms of fiscal health, but also for respecting the rights of donors.
