I'm too lazy to play the whole 18, so for 9 I get 40-42(par=36). I have only played twice in the last couple of months so a little practice and I might get it down some more. So, to answer your question, I guess my handicap is 8-12 for a round of 18.

I can shoot anywhere from a 74-94 on any given day. What I wouldn't kill for some consistency. I don't play enough to have an established handicap, but I normally play as 12.

A guy in our office was so proud of himself; he said he just broke 100 for the 1st time. So I ask him -- "Got a new pair of bowling shoes, right?"

I average in the high 90's for 18 holes... maybe my average is 100. Lately, I've taken some lessons, and my score dropped from 106 before my first lesson, to 92 after my last lesson. So, let's just say I'll start consistently shooting 95. Well... I dunno how handicap is calculated, but I guess that would be around a 23???

I'm pretty much in the same boat.
Best round is 75
Worst was somewhere around 105. I was so pissed I really am not sure what it was.
I have a hole in 1 which is my proudest golf accomplishment. 175 yard 6 iron.

I kept a handicap 3 years ago and I was a 14. I think so far this year I'm playing close to that. I'd love to get to single digits but I just don't have the time needed to practice to get there.

Is bed wetting a handi-cap? If not I have a wooden leg. ;)

I haven't tried to "play" golf. However, I do enjoy Fruit Golfing. :D
