Post if you don't have health insurance.

Post if you do - how much do you pay a month? Also specify if it is for a family, a married couple, or just yourself. . .

Just curious. . .

Also tell if it is good insurance, or if you'd still be financially ruined if something major occurred. . .

In the process of getting $750K term insurance for myself at $30/month. 30, male, married, nonsmoker. I went through selectquote.com who matched me up with American General.

Mine was $320 a month for just myself when I had to pay for it. I don't know how good it was, it was Aetna.

I don't. I'm a healthy 21 year old, lots of white blood cells, not too much money.

Slow down there Mr. Canadian. They aren't that high. I'll pay my own. You pay yours.

I have full insurance (health/dental/eye/life/etc) through work, takes about $40 out of my check, so ~$80 monthly.

I'm not Canadian, but costs for healthcare are too high. Many businesses are struggling now to keep premiums where they are affordable to you. Many have given up, and will only pay x amount and the rest is the employee's - no matter how high they go.
