Who actually uses the Dolby Digital encoding on Nforce2 motherboards?

Just curious if anyone actually enables this and if you like the effect.
I've used it on some WM9 videos going to my receiver and found it works ok. Haven't compared it to circle surroundII though.

You definitely want to use the Digital output, it is awesome...analog output is pretty crappy on nforce2

I wish I had some digital speakers or amp to connect it to. Oh well, I know from experience that digital is better because it doesn't lose its signal. Just make sure you use a good cable to connect it to whatever. Which output would you be using, the optical connection or the digital coax?

Yes, I do. I output through the analog outputs to two vintage stereo receivers, one powering the fronts, the other the rear speakers. Sounds great. Will buy a powered subwoofer and centre speaker and additional mono amp later.
