i normally give only 10 or 1
10 if you do something funny or useful, 1 if you do something stupid or i don't like what you post

You can't rate all 100,000+ users, because some people are wussies and won't turn it on.

It seems to have been corrected. It might help if only people who had profile ratings turned on could vote, but, even then you could temporarilly enable it, vote, and disable but it'd be more work to give people ones.

Then again they mean absolutely nothing anyway so who cares.

I did, when I just joined. I thought when the rating hits a low value, the person is auto banned. Looks like it isn't true.
