No ferrelgeek, my post meant nothing of the sort. Bush broke the law, obsma didn't. Spidey is ok with the former, but not the latter. I guess his actual problem is the govt. Letting you know its collecting your emails. See how easy it is to argue when you make up things for people to say? Makes you think, huh.

So, for the record, you're OK with reporting people who disagree with Obama.

That is where you fail. It is not about reporting people at all. It is about reporting the lies used by insurance companies and their Republican puppets to swift boat the health care plan. The Obama administration needs to know about the lies to expose them and correct them. Why are you afraid of Americans hearing the truth?

Obama and UHC supporters are the ones spreading the lies and misinformation, that's what is so funny. That's why everybody is reporting Obama to this e-mail.

Even if that were true, they are doing it in public. Your side likes to spread their lies in the shadows through whisper campaigns and email chains. Obama just wants to bring them to light.

LOL! I personally know 10 people mostly coworkers who have reported Obama and Pelosi to his goons. We're not hiding in the shadows, the american people are speaking out against this crap. Poll after poll show the people don't want it.

And we'll keep reporting Obama as long as he keeps lieing and spreading disinformation.

What lie? I just took your opinions (that you present as fact) and changed them to someone's different opinions (that they'd present as fact)? Surely their opinions are just as valid as yours, until proven otherwise, Correct?

See, the problem is you actually believe what your write, that the WH solely wants to do this on the level, and not for any other reason. Worse, you believe that what you wrote is completely different that what I changed your post to - even though they are exactly the same.

Welcome to the mirror...how's it look?

Then, simply put your viewpoint is skewed by a bizzarely ultra right workplace that you inhabit. Strange that you would think that ultrapartisans such as yourself represent the people.

Not so. I'm starting to see people that never talked politics getting rightfully pissed off at Obama. Friends, co-workers, people who never talked or apparently cared about it are getting pissed off at him. That's why there is so much resistant to it. This bill affects every single person personally, it affects their very livelyhood.

They're waking up.

When your taxes go up and the .gov tells you what health care you get, and when you get it, and the .gov gets access to all your personal info and, when the .gov deems you too expensive to treat and all they offer you is death counseling, come look me up so that I can laugh in you face.

Ferrelgeek, making up an imaginary future where you are right isn't any better than making up arguments.

Spidey, you are insane and delusional as usual. The polls do not back up your ultra right fantasy.

No one is being asked to report "dissent". They are asking for instances of misrepresentations and lies as they go viral. As Winston Churchill said:

[/i]"A lie gets halfway around the world before the truth has a chance to get its pants on."[/i]

...a truism that has been repeatedly illustrated by threads here.

Did you read the polls you linked? They were a complete mess that didn't prove Spidey's point in any way, shape, or form. It seems like you just picked a load of random polls.

Slight pluralities disproving of the health care plan and Obama being near 50% in approval does not equal the magical uprising that Spidey's ultra-right paranoia is attempting to describe. Or anything even remotely approaching it.

Why should I believe Obama or Pelosi? For the record, I'm not fond of politicians as a species, irrespective of party.

So you believe that the current bill that is up for vote will cause none of these things to occur? You really believe that the .gov can pull this off? You're a far greater man of faith than I thought.

I don't like the very idea of Obama during the campaign and his administration's actions. Many of you are too stupid to realize that Obama is lying right at your face and you don't hold him accountable for it. I shall continue my Obama bashing whenever he fucks up and/or when his Congress spits out shitty legislations.

Don't you get it; disagreeing with Obama -> you're a right-wing, partisan hack nut-job. This makes it very easy for them to dismiss you and your arguments; that way, they don't have to think. They're so obsessed with ?checking the box? on UHC that they couldn?t care less what impact the legislation could have. If you?re not with Obama, you?re against him. If you won?t rubber-stamp the current UHC bill, you want the uninsured to crawl in a corner and die so the Blue Cross can go make obscene profits. You could offer counter solutions, but they would reject them if it was any less than total .gov control.

Yes, I'm being slightly sarcastic here.

Your post epitomizes the flawed logic employed by people like you who base their arguments and attacks entirely around labels. Yeah, if you don't support Obama then you must be a "freeper" or "rightwing nutjob."
