Ok I looked at my cell phone this morning at 7:30am and it was perfectly fine. Went to school and in the middle of class I decided to check out the time on my phone since I can not see the clock in the class and I pull out my phone and look at the front LCD and the damn front screen is pure white and whatever I do on the phone it does nothing and shows nothing but a pure white screen. I never dropped it or done anything to it for it to suddenly just do that. :( Anyone with this phone have the same experiences?

Ahhhh that kept happening with my Nokia 6620. It would reboot or lock up frequently. Whenever it would lock up, the screen would go all white. I hated that piece of crap phone :/

I took it to the verizon store and they told me that the phone was effected by moisture and that Verizon and the Warrenty would not cover it...

Happened with my Samsung slider... mechanical defects suck. The phone only works when the phone was in the default position, but when you slide it you get a WSOD.

As for the moisture... open up the phone and get the goop off, use rubbing alcohol if needed.

so, was the phone really dunked or not? why did they say that? moisture from what, the air?

if not, then that's bull...you can return a phone if it white screens, that can happen for many reasons (trace on the flex breaking, display module, software, etc)

call verizon and tell them you want to return it

3 people in my family had LG phones with Verizon and we all had problems. I thing we went through 8 replacement LG phones between the 3 of us within a year. They kept breaking. Verizon refused to downgrade us to another brand. LG sucks and so does Verizon.
