White or Wheat?

I haven't gone to Subway in ages. I used to get a foot long sweet onion chicken teriyaki with extra onion/sweet onion sauce on 3 cheese bread. Man that sandwich must have been like 1500 calories, but it was good😀
 
When I go to sammich shops, I typically go with white simply because they have better flavors/seasonings - asiago cheese, roasted garlic & herb, jalapeno & cheddar, ect.

But when it comes to bread at home, it's always Healthy Choice 100% whole wheat.

I usually get a foot-long sweet onion chick teriyaki with extra sweet onion sauce AND mayo, maybe even oil, on honey oat bread. Eat it in one sitting, mmm...

So for Subway, honey oat. For "normal" bread, wheat.

I can't believe "low carb" is an option. People who eat low carb bread should just shoot themselves.
