White lazer LED cannon

I see only one seller on ebay hawking these. The picture shows a blue LED, but he assures that it is white. I've not seen these "cannons" in white anywhere but ebay. I'd like to find a place that sells these and dual blue 12" CCFLs (fishtank lighting) but I'm not having any luck. Are there any online retailers that sell the WHITE LED cannons?
