White label harddrives?

Hi guys, i've been looking for a good place to buy harddrives latelly and have done a lot of price comparing... one thing I've noticed is there are a few places selling "white label" harddrives.. they come with a dealer warranty instead of factory warranty... I just wanted some input as to whether or not this is worth the somewhat lower price. I want to build a raid 5 array .. somewhere around 700gb to a tb, using 6 drives. So anything like 160gb-250gb is what i'm after... so far the best deal I've found is www.pcperipherals.com and they have a very strange "lifetime limited warranty" thing. So, if anyone has any input/experience with white label drives, or this vendor.. let me know. (or other suggestions for building a cheapish raid-5 array) =)
Thanks!
