You said people don't need to own whatever gun they feel like. People run the government. You also stated that the government should not be able to own whatever gun they feel like. So unless everyone else wants to disarm as well, I'll keep my guns thank you very much. It's called leading by example, so unless the USA government wants to disarm completely, it shouldn't expect that of its citizenry.

I'm sorry but what you seem to not understand is that Government != Citizens, I never said that the government should be full of people who take their guns home at night! They shouldn't!...

If an armed response unit kicked down my door the LAST thing I would want to be holding is my shotgun.

Great... I'm already having problems getting high capacity magazines for my Beretta CX4 as it is. They're sold out everywhere, thanks all of the threats of outlawing them after the Arizona shooting.

Now I have to worry about getting a psych screening the next time a want to pick up a new shotgun? Lovely.

There's no bluff, the guy gets off her or dies.

So then killing isn't immoral, you are quiet the conundrum

True, that's what it was built for, which is why I don't own any ammunition.

No, the gun Nick posted is designed for skeet shooting, my .308 was design for long distance competition target shooting, my AK's, MAC 10, and Glock's were made for killing.

I'm sorry but what you seem to not understand is that Government != Citizens, I never said that the government should be full of people who take their guns home at night! They shouldn't!..

I'm sorry, but you don't seem to understand that the government is made of citizens, so is our LE, and military. What about Switzerland citizen soldiers taking their military weapons home? Why hasn't their crime rate spiraled out of control.

Seems more like a billboard than anything else. ;) 22 cal. just does not do it for me. That rifle needs to be min. 5.56 auto/burst and groupings rated for it to be anywhere similar to how this olympic event mimics real life alpine troop action. I would definetely watch that event then.

But then, I wonder what the javelin and bow would look like with that kind of logic?

Don't play stupid. You and I both know there is a difference between duck and humans. You know what I was saying, unless you really are that stupid.

I said killing, I didn't say killing what, read more carefully next time.

Yes killin is immoral

A good question, I con only assume they have some other law in place, or perhaps the swiss are more intelligent than americans.

Right, killing cows for your hamburger is immoral.

Think criminals. It isn't the guns themselves, or the law-abiding owners it's the criminals. Interesting though that you almost admit it isn't the guns, me thinks with a touch more critical thinking you might figure it after all.

It obviously isn't the guns fault, they are inanimate objects. It's also not the nuclear bombs fault, but a world without nuclear weapons is a better world. A country without guns is a better country... Less needless deaths.

A world with or without nuclear bombs doesn't make any difference at all, it's a world without people that are willing to use nuclear bombs that you are seeking. Instead of trying to ban guns, you ilk needs to be trying to ban criminals. The fruitlessness of that has already been seen, so they have moved on to violating citizens rights.

I never suggested you meant for the government to go door to door to take our guns. I'm saying that the government is made up and ran by people. You said people shouldn't have the right to own whatever gun they feel like owning for whatever reason. This should go for governments as well, especially if said government wants to disarm its populace.

Accidents can't happen if they don't have the weapons.

Also bad people exist, fact.

Governments need guns to defend the country in war, or to capture and detain people who break the law and own a gun, the shouldn't have a personal gun though, or one they take home.
