the trial lawyers must be stopped..they are extracting a hidden "tax" from all of society with these insane lawsuits...this lawsuit will cost real money...Holiday Inn or it's insurance product will pay it, who ever pays it will pass the costs on to all of us in higher hotel room rates, increased car or home insurance costs, etc, etc.
