Witnesses said Brown had hands up, and it's started an idiotic trend. When fact is, he didn't. Once again, no proof of anything, just speculation and people (idiots) run with it.

45 charges since 1999? In a stolen car after midnight? Looks like a FINE upstanding citizen. He's a leech on society. I would be ok with him no longer being allowed the privilege to live.

Would that be before or after the police learn to use a magical aura that helps them identify the "bad guys" that you would prefer not to still be above ground?

Hmm, who do I find more scary, a car thief or a person with as cavalier an attitude towards the lives of others as you.

As was proved in the Ferguson case, people lie to the press to get their friends off or to make the police look bad. I would not believe anything anymore from the press. If the witnesses were not under oath to testify at a trial and you did not see it yourself, you should not believe 3rd party witnesses. The press can not be trusted because they can not be charged with a crime for writing or broadcasting false reports.

If you are so interested in Bartee's life and well being, what you give him a job in your company? Keep in mind that this job would be his livelihood so be sure to not be so cavalier in your response...

Lol, and you think these outstanding citizens who may lie to the media about what they saw are suddenly going to tell the truth while under oath?

I'll start believing what I hear once police start wearing body cameras. Everybody will benefit from the universal adoption of this.

After enough of these, the LEO's will begrudging accept body cameras to cover their ass.

"Witnesses say"...

Stolen car. Strange how all these have to do with something completely illegal.

criminals have no rights..hmmm

You decided Wilson was guilty. Brown had his hands up surrendering then was executed while knealing. Shot in the back. Witnesses said this was so. You bought it and you were wrong.

Now what happens? The same thing and you assume automatic guilt. You did not learn.

A guy who has had 45 (!!!!) charges recently and is shot by cops after stealing a car makes a really poor example of police abuse of power. Maybe he did have his hands up by baring any real information to the contrary Occam's razor tells me he was continuing to exhibit himself as a threat and should consider himself lucky to have been such a horrendous criminal for so long before getting killed. That is the bigger story here, that a career criminal of such significance managed to go so long without being shot.

This may have seemed like a snappy retort in your head, but it makes absolutely no sense in the context of the current topic / what you responded to.

I have a feeling we're going to get this shit everytime a black guy is shot, even if it is justified. 45 convictions and in a stolen car.....he should have got justice many years ago with that conviction rate. How the hell are people with 45 convictions not in jail?

Haven't seen it noted here that the passenger in the car also has a history of arrests including resisting with violence.

I'd like to wait until more info comes out to make a decision on my outrage level.

Very kind of you. I already made a decision not to care and won't change it unless something drastic is released to counter it. This guy was obviously a huge piece of shit with a hilarious history of crime.

The first word of the title tells you all you need to know about the motive of the poster.
