any know a good recipe for white enchilada sauce? I cant find any decent recipes..

yes yes. (I think) I've eaten them before. its like chicken, with this white sauce inside

easy [but crappy] white enchilada sauce is usually full fat sour cream with canned condensed soup [cream of chicken or cream of mushroom] mixed in.

If for hygienic reasons this isn't an option, try fat sourcream with some fresh herbs and garlic.

k i made like, its some sour cream, some cream of mush soup, some cheese. I added jalepeno's. we'll see how it turns out (w/ pics)
