OK, so I kinda enjoy the texture of white castle burgers- what the hell is steam grilling? I mean, how does one use steam to grill something?

Steam can burn the hell out of you, why wouldn't it be able to cook something?

It is used to cook many products (as Viper GTS alludes to) as well as used in the processing of retorted goods.

"you call hamburgers steamed hams?"
"yes and you call them steamed hams despite the fact they are obviously grilled."

They actually spray a little water on the grill and cover them I think. I've seen it done at other places before.

The holes are in there to allow the steam to permeate better.
Or so they say. I say 5 of those holes is enough for one whole burger!

Eli: They are commonly referred to as sliders. Because they slide in and they slide right back out. (greasy little burgers with onions)

What place/food do you have that you swear you'll never eat again but yet at 2:30 in the morning after drinking and partying all night you pile in the car and race down to get some?

I think the burgers suck, but the chicken rings and sandwiches are awesome.

The holes actually allow them to cook without being flipped.
