The laughing was most likely a voiceover added during the editing process. I'm guessing this because the laughter was repetitive and didn't have the acoustics of someone who would be laughing on camera. I personally thought it ruined the video.

You'll need Windows Media Player Classic, I think. It worked for me - it loaded up WMPC when I clicked on the link.

Yeah, it loaded wmpc for me too but when then it said wrong file type or something.
