My dad gave me his old whipped cream maker from his bar days. What's the standard sugar/cream mixture when using a whipped cream maker? It came with two nitrous chargers. 😀
That's for whipping by hand or machine, not nitrous. Since nitrous will dissolve in the whipped cream, and it has a "sweet" taste, I'm wondering if the recipe must be modified for whipping by nitrous oxide.Originally posted by: Howard
