Whining noise when using front ports?

I am getting this whining noise while using my front audio connection. Does anyone know what I can do to get rid of it? When I got the case it came with the audio cables already connected and it had a ring wrapped wound the wires which I was told is for this purpose but I still get a little noise...is there a way to totally eliminate this noise..I notice when my CD drive or HDD is working it make a louder or more steady noise. Can I wrap more of these rings or beads to bring the noise down a bit? Please let me know.

Thanks in advance!

You can try re-routing the cable, as it is picking up RF interference. You might also see if someplace like Radioshack has a sheilded cable.
