I think VOIP would make a great addition to the forums because so many of us have started using the technology.
It's not really networking and not really OS speak. It's extremely broad because of the various ways to use it. You can pay for service, use softphones with free services, roll your own, and even combine all three. It's pretty technical stuff when you start adding multiple trunks.
