They want someone with a minimum of 68 years of software experience?
Are they counting it like if I do php/mysql/java for 3 years i got a total of 9 years of exp?

6-8 years of experience... if some punk kid came in and said 68 years of experience, I'd turn him down right there... "sorry kid, we don't hire a-holes"
