So I stock shelves 4 days a week 8.5 hours a day at the Home Depot overnight.
I'm 18 years old and in above average physical condition.
When I do tasks such as bending down or reaching, I often have intense head rushes (loss of vision, blood loss to the head, like when you sit for a long time and stand fast...except this happens in a mere 5 seconds of crouching!!!) This happens at least 15 times in an 8.5 hour shift.
I've been checking my pulse overnight...right now its around 55bpm. When I'm working its around 90bpm. I know my blood pressure is on the low side of healthy, according to those machines in drug stores.
Thoughts?
