I just installed the .45 version and it is indeed a newer driver from Intel.
Why Intel doesn't list it, I don't know.
I checked a few mobo sites, and they all seem to have a chipset driver newer than .42
You can actually find .45 at Intel, just under a different product support page, but it does seem to be the regular chipset driver.
