Which would you choose if you had the choice?

The Coolermaster Stacker 830

OR

The Lian Li V2000B Plus

Nothing else. Not the V2100B plus either. I know it is like a little more expensive but I don't want it.

I am leaning more towards the Lian Li but for a while I was leaning towards the Stacker. So taking in consideration of cooling, compatibility with other parts(I have been reading on the Coolermaster forums that the Stacker is having problems with other parts), sound isolastion, and any other factors that could be involved.

Help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

As you didn't give us anything else to go by, I'd go with whichever was cheaper - they're both way too big for my taste..

.bh.

how can you even compare. lian li is for the slick clean looking enthusiast. the coolmaster stacker is for the i have 15 fans in my case fanboi. the lian li wins my vote. i agree with you, save the money from the plus it, the 120mm blower fan makes lots of noise and the cpu duct is useless if u have good enough airflow or your cpu hsf is too large, in my case scythe ninja it wont help. the rear psu air duct is useless too as i have no rear fan for my psu, only a 120mm on the bottom of my FSP epsilon

Louissss, your case is a rather silly one, using a passive heatsink on a DFI motherboard with a X1900XT? *shakes head* 😛

OP: If you want low noise then you DO NOT want the coolermaster, it's set up for massive airflow first, second and last. The Lian li would be a bit better, but not much. The short version is, neither is well suited to a quiet system without a lot of modding (although i'd go with the stacker if you want to suspend the drives and add acoustic foam etc.)

So you guys would choose Lian Li? Also which window should I get? A full view window from performance-pcs.com or a standard Lian Li window that is just the top half of the case.
