Which of these two deals would you buy:

HCG-620M $40 or
EVGA 750G2 $70
(both have rebates)

case is elite 130 (in case that matters)
expected peak power usage is around 420 watts.
 
HCG-620M. 750W makes more sense for a PC that uses around around 500W in typical load.
