Which wires do you jump to start a PS?

I want to test out some fans with a spare PS I've got laying around. Which wires/pins do I need to jump to simulate push the "on button" on the case?

I think it's the green wire and any black wire, right?

Thanks.

WTH? When I jump the green wire and any black wire, the PS fan spins up, but then it immediately shuts down. 😕

If I keep the wires jumped, it runs fine....but I have only done that for a few seconds, b/c that's equivalent of "holding the power button down" and that's not good.

I KNOW this PS is good b/c it just came out of my system last week. What's going on? 😕

N/M: I just figured it out. You're supposed to keep them jumpered like that. 😱 I guess somehow the motherboard does that for you when it's all normally connected.

The green wire (pin 14) is PS_ON. It indicates the power supply should turn on and stay on until it goes high again. It is not directly connected to the power switch.
