which will likely overclock more easily?

Between these two boards, a P35 Foxconn Mars or a P45 Asus P5Q, which would be the better, more capable overclocker?

Thus far I am not too impressed with my Mars, so I am looking around. Someone on Newegg got their E8400 up to 3.6 on stock with the asus, I had to raise all kinds of voltages on my Mars. Thanks for any advice.

Look at the ASUS P45 Pro, it is great board, and has an excellent Layout.

Have not done a Biostar in years, but their build quality appears to be improving....
