Beemers have highly tuned suspensions and steering. I'm not sure if aftermarket rims might have a negative effect on handling.

Definitely the first choice, those are badass. Post some pics after you get them.

i talked to the guy at the dealership and he said if i bring them in he will put them on and tune the suspension for it

No offense to this guy, but I wouldn't let a 'tire change specialist' tune anything on my car... especially if it's a Bimmer.

1, 2, 4 would each look alright on a bimmer

3rd one looks like ass

you do realize all that's gonna happen if you get a 17" or 18" rim right? drive over a pothole and you're funked

it's the dealership, not a tire specialist.. and considering he can afford a 2k2 bmw, im sure if anything went wrong, he could afford to get it fixed..

3 most definitly, the rest are kinda tacky considering these are going on a brand new 3 Series, Choice 4 wouldn't be bad either. But I love 3 because it looks like the older 7 Series rims.

#3 the others look like the stock rims... if you want stock just bigger go for #1 in 18

Another vote for 3. What color is your bimmer? Perhaps the Gunmetal would compliment the car more.

Oh... okay. I thought he meant tire dealership... doh! Still, be wary of dealership mechanics... they're not always up to par with the myth.

THEY are called WHEELS!
The RIM is just the outer part of the WHEEL!
By the way there is no "tuning" to be done after you install a set of wheels and tires.Dont let them rip you off.Why dont you put them on yourself?Wouldnt take but a few minutes? Its one of the easiest things you can do to a car.You have all the tools you need right there in your trunk.(jack, lug wrench)
