Which webcam for computer noobs?

I have been asked by a friend for a recommendation for a webcam.
Their daughter is having a baby and is on the other side of of the country...so they want to be able to see each other online. They both have cable modems.

Now I want to recommend something that is VERY EASY to setup.
These people are not very computer literate and I can see myslef getting roped in to support this setup.


So is there a webcam kit that is EASY to setup?
 
I have a logitech quickcam. It was extermely easy to setup. The video quality sucks though. I think it's subpar even for a webcam.
