Which Web Based Email to use???

I want to switch my web email client, right now Im using mail.com, and for some reason, people dont recive my emails, but I can recieve thiers. (Hence he switching)

Any suggestions for a good email? What do you use? Thanks!

Well...i use http://email.is12.net but thats because I own it.

but i've had my hotmail account since 98 and still use it for this and that.

im trying to migrate my emails to my domain.

1) Register a domain with GoDaddy.com or NameCheap.com

2) Find a cheap web host for $15/yr or less who offers webmail.
