Which Web Based Email to use???

I want to switch my web email client, right now Im using mail.com, and for some reason, people dont recive my emails, but I can recieve thiers. (Hence he switching)

Any suggestions for a good email? What do you use? Thanks!

but i've had my hotmail account since 98 and still use it for this and that.

im trying to migrate my emails to my domain.
