Looking to build a "cheap" LAN box- something along the lines of a briefcase model

I have the following in my "spares" box:

AXIA 1 ghz Athlon
384 mb Crucial memory (256 & 128 stick)
40 GB WD Caviar (5400 rpm IDE 100)
Aopen 52 X CD rom

Trying to figure out which way to go on the Motherboard- I'd prefer a integrated (Be less of a hassle to mod the "Case") and it appears to have come down to two choices - The PC Chips 810lmr (60$) or the Asus A7N266 ($160). Given that I'd have to buy ram also, do you think theres enough performance difference to justify the additional $100?

Based on research done by searching for "PC Chips 810lmr" on google, it turns out that yes it would well be worth the extra 100 dollars for the nforce based board. the video alone is way better, add on the difference in sound quality on the nforce as well and it is a no brainer. If you are not going to use an external video card, then the ASUS nforce based one is king.
