Which voltage for 80mm fan?

I just ordered two untailed 80mm deltas...now i don't know what voltage these things run...this article tells me that i can tail fans and run them through at 12, 7, or 5 volts...am i gonna burn these things out if i run it at 12? these things cost more than a 120mm each and i don't wanna do that...what's the default anyway?

default and normal operating voltage is 12.

yellow is 12v red is 5v

i second shadow scavenger yellow is 12 and red is 5v on the lines of a psu. And on the wires of a fan (2 or 3 wires depenfds) black is always cnd(ground),Red is always power(12v,5v,7,v depends whar config you wanna use and what fan it is) and for the 3rd wires(if thetre is one)That monitors rpm's ive only seen them to be yellow or blue.
